After reading a Time Magazine article Moscow Mayor Promises a Winter Without Snow last

Friday it became evident to me that the spraying of aerosols into the atmosphere exist only if you choose not to believe in it. This may sound Orwellian, but the United States, the Chinese and now Russian governments have all admitted that they are manipulating the weather. Let’s take a moment to ask ourselves why such sick delusional minds would still conjure up such nonsense.

An article titled NASA Rocket to Create Clouds Tuesday was posted on space.com last month which reported on a project dubbed the Charged Aerosol Release Experiment or CARE with the intention of triggering cloud formation around the rocket’s exhaust particles. The artificial clouds were intended to simulate naturally occurring phenomena called noctilucent clouds, which are the highest clouds in the atmosphere.

Wayne Scales, a scientist at Virginia Tech used computer models to study the physics of the artificial dust cloud as it was released. Scales hoped the project would allow scientists to study different aspects of the artificial dust cloud, including the turbulence generated inside the clouds and the distribution of dust particles. “Nothing like this has been done before and that’s why everybody’s really excited about it,” said Scales. CARE is a project of the Naval Research Laboratory and the Department of Defense Space Test Program.

A London Guardian article titled Geo-engineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming published in August of this year argued that the idea of geo-engineering the planet in order to control the climate has been around for more than 50 years, but has remained on the “fringes,” as if it wasn’t already being done.

The story references to a special edition of the journal Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society which are made up of climate scientists and engineers that strongly encourage a wide assessment of geo-engineering techniques. Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California believes “We are now, or soon will be, confronting issues of whether, when and how to engineer a climate that is more to our liking.”


Under the Freedom of Information Act Cybercast News Service obtained evidence that showed scientists at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C. were conducting tests and developing computer models of what might happen if a huge amount of particulate matter is shot into the stratosphere. “The overall goal of this task is to understand and evaluate the implications of deploying porous glasses as an agent to reduce global warming,” the DOE work proposal said.

In the early 90’s Paul Crutzen , a Nobel Prize winner and Tom Wigley, a world renowned climate scientist both promoted the concept of artificially cooling the planet. By releasing a cocktail of sulfide gases into the upper atmosphere scientist would possess the ability to reflect the sun’s rays away from the earth therefore causing a cooling effect.

According to an AP interview this April with Dr. John Holdren, the current Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, radical methods of slowing global warming such as shooting particles into the upper atmosphere in order to reflect the sun’s rays were not being ruled out. Dr. Death is also known for his work as co- author of Ecoscience, a government textbook promoting insane population control measures such as forced sterilization.

A London Telegraph article titled Beijing Vows Rain Will Not Fall On Its Parade published in August of this year reported that Zhang Qiang, the deputy head of the city’s weather modification ministry told their state media that anti-rain rockets would be ready for the celebration of the 60th Anniversary of Communist Party Rule. This comes to no surprise, especially when the Los Angeles Times published an article one year earlier titled China plans to halt rain for Olympics. They reported that China’s weather modification team would manipulate the clouds to “keep the open-air stadium dry.” The Times goes on to explain how the Chinese have been “tinkering with the weather since the late 1950s.”

Wang Guohe, director of weather modification for the Chinese Academy of Meteorology says China has “the largest program in the world with the most people involved and the most equipment.” The director goes onto admit their program isn’t advanced as the Russians who he says began sophisticated cloud-seeding in 1986 to prevent radioactive rain from the Chernobyl reactor accident from reaching Moscow. But let’s not take old Wang’s word for it.

An article titled Moscow Mayor Promises a Winter Without Snow was published last week on Time/CNN’s website. It states that “for just a few million dollars, the mayor’s office will hire the Russian Air Force to spray a fine chemical mist over the clouds before they reach the capital, forcing them to dump their snow outside the city.” According to the Time article Mayor Yury Luzhkov says that their air force is paid to make sure that it doesn’t rain for the Victory Day and City Day celebrations.

The only opposition presented in any of these stories beside the suburbs of Moscow getting a little extra snow is whether controlling the weather is a form of “playing god.” Any, if not all the stories relating to chemtrails, geo-engineering and terraforming make no reference to the possible adverse health effects that spraying the skies with chemicals could have on humans, animals and vegetation. Weather modification may indeed possess many benefits for humanity‘s well being. But this technology becomes deadly once in the hands of a scientific dictatorship whose endgame is reducing the population by 80 percent or more.

These suicidal nihilist see themselves as intellectually/genetically superior to the majority of us. As such, they view our dismay with the practice of cloud seeding as justification to take act on the planet’s behalf. Assuming the cloning of humans was not harmful, the next moral question would be whether people should have that power to play god. Our global masters in the United States, Russia and China have skipped the most important stage whereby the possibility of severe health problems from spraying aerosols on their population is debated in the courts and have assumed the role as our gods.

So before all you delusional “right wing conspiracy nuts” present both government and university public admissions remember this, it will never exist in the minds of those who choose not acknowledge the facts. Just move on to the next person who hopefully hasn’t succumb to the infamous Orwellian state of mind known as doublethink.

Doctors Confirm Flu Shot Disabled Woman

Doctors have confirmed that a seasonal flu vaccine led to a Virginia woman becoming severely disabled as actors Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy offered their support through their Generation Rescue charity, an organization attempting to raise awareness about the link between vaccines and autism.
Former Redskins cheerleader Desiree Jennings was a fit and healthy cheerleader up until two months ago when she got a seasonal flu shot.
Ten days after the shot she began experiencing flu like symptoms, followed by severe convulsions and black outs.
Now she can barely talk or walk and her life has all but been destroyed.
After seeing around 60 doctors, Jennings was eventually diagnosed with dystonia, a paralyzing neurological disorder that causes the muscles to relentlessly contract and spasm.
Bizarrely, increased physical activity causes her heart rate to decline, meaning she can run for hours, however, her resting heart rate is 90 and walking a few steps is exhausting and almost impossible. There is no cure for the disease and it gets worse over time.
“Doctors at Fairfax Inova and Johns Hopkins diagnosed her with a rare neurological disorder called dystonia. They think it was caused by a severe reaction to the flu shot,” reports Fox 5 News.
“Desiree now has difficulty speaking, walking, and even eating. During an interview with FOX 5, she had several seizures. The effects are irreversible.”

However, Jennings has bravely vowed to fight the illness and her case has garnered the attention of celebrity campaigners Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy, who have reached out to her in offering the support of their organization Generation Rescue, which has led efforts to “green the vaccine” by removing dangerous additives like mercury from shots that have been linked to autism.
“They are extremely helpful,” Desiree told Fox 5 News. “They have a lot of doctors that deal with vaccine interactions, and they have sent us so many other stories similar to mine. Unfortunately a lot of theirs are with children, which is worse. I can understand it happening to an adult, but not a little child that hasn’t had a chance to live their life and can’t speak, so I want to speak. They can’t, and I want to help them, too,” says Jennings.
McCarthy was prompted to found the charity with Carrey after her own 7-year-old son Evan became autistic after receiving a vaccine. Generation Rescue’s President Stan Kurtz said that the organization is hoping to fly Jennings to L.A. for treatment.
“The story is, anyone that sees– it is just so compelling, Jenny was crying over it,” says Kurtz.
Jennings told Fox 5 that the treatment was a chance to get her life back, but she also said that what happened to her should serve as a warning to other people who are considering taking both the seasonal and the H1N1 vaccine.

It was at this point that the House of Rothschild came into being. Through his experience with the Oppenheimers, Meyer Rothschild learned that loaning money to governments and kings was much more profitable than loaning to private individuals. Not only were the loans bigger, but they were secured by the nation's taxes.
Five Sons, Five Arrows, Five Directions.Meyer Rothschild had five sons, Amschel, Salomon, Nathan, Karl and Jakob. Meyer spent the rest of his life instructing them all in the secret techniques of money creation and manipulation. As they came of age, he sent them to the major capitals of Europe to open branch offices of the family banking business. Amschel, stayed in Frankfurt, Salomon was sent to Vienna. Nathan was sent to London. Karl went to Naples, and Jakob went to Paris. Although all the sons became astute branch managers, Nathan exhibited a superior affinity for the banking business. When he got to London, he became a merchant banker and began to cement ties between the House of Rothschild and the Bank of England.The House of Rothschild continued to buy and sell bullion and rare coins. Through their shrewd business transactions they successfully bought out or dismantled most of the competition in Europe. In 1769, Meyer became a court agent for Prince William IX of Hesse-Kassel, who was the grandson of George II of England, a cousin to George III, a nephew of the King of Denmark, and a brother- in-law to the King of Sweden. Before long, the House of Rothschild became the go between for big Frankfurt bankers like the Bethmann Brothers, and Rueppell & Harnier.

In 1785, Meyer moved his entire family to a five story dwelling he shared with the Schiff family. In 1865 The Schiffs' not-yet-born grandson Jacob would move to New York and in 1917 become the mastermind behind the funding of the Bolshevik Revolution. This action would successfully instate communism as a major world movement, which was, (and still is), a basic tenet of the Illuminati and their collectivist agenda, (but more Jacob Schiff and the Illuminati agenda later). A reign of terror (is) to be spread over the whole earth, and...continue while any Christian should be found obstinate enough to adhere to Christianity." It is believed that, as a result of Voltaire's writings, Weishaupt formulated his ideas concerning the destruction of the Church. In 1775, when summoned by the House of Rothschild, he immediately defected and, at the behest of Meyer, began to organize the Illuminati. The 1st chapter of the order started in his home town of Ingolstadt.As the name implies, those individuals who are members of the Illuminati possess the 'Light of Lucifer'. As far as they are concerned, only members of the human race who possess the 'Light of Lucifer' are truly enlightened and capable of governing. The Bank of England made several attempts to usurp control of the U.S. money supply but failed. Still, through their Illuminati agents, they continued to enlist supporters through bribery and kickbacks.Any proponent of a fractional reserve banking system is an economic predator.During the next twenty years the country would fall prey to contrived financial havoc as a result of the bankers policies of creating cycles of inflation and tight money. During times of inflation the economy would boom, there would be high employment, and people would borrow money to buy houses and farms. People who could not pay their mortgages would have their homes and farms repossessed by the bank for a fraction of their true value. This is the essence of the Illuminati ploy, and it would recur, time and time again. Although foreign owners were not, by law, allowed a say in the day to day operations of the Bank of the United States, there is little doubt that the American share holders and directors were, if not affiliated, complicit in the aims and goals of the Illuminati and their central bankers.In 1811 the charter for the First Bank of America was not renewed. As a result, the House of Rothschild lost millions. This enraged Nathan Rothschild so much that he, almost single handedly fomented the War of 1812. His will spelled out specific guidelines that were to be maintained by his descendants: 1) All important posts were to be held by only family members, and only male members were to be involved on the business end. The oldest son of the oldest son was to be the head of the family, unless otherwise agreed upon by the rest of the family, as was the case in 1812, when Nathan was appointed as the patriarch. 2) The family was to intermarry with their own first and second cousins, so their fortune could be kept in the family, and to maintain the appearance of a united financial empire. For example, his son James (Jacob) Mayer married the daughter of another son, Salomon Mayer. This rule became less important in later generations as they refocused family goals and married into other fortunes. 3) Rothschild ordered that there was never to be "any public inventory made by the courts, or otherwise, of my estate...Also I forbid any legal action and any publication of the value of the inheritance." Nathan Mayer Rothschild, who, by 1820, had established a firm grip on the Bank of England stated:"I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England to rule the Empire on which the sun never sets. The man who controls Britain's money supply controls the British Empire, and I control the British money supply."The Second Bank of the United States, was also chartered by the Bank of England to carry the American war debt. When its charter expired in 1836, President Andrew Jackson refused to renew it, saying a central bank concentrated too much power in the hands of un elected bankers.In 1838 Nathan made the following statement:"Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws."During the first quarter of the nineteenth century the Rothschilds expanded their financial empire throughout Europe. The Rothschild Banks provided financing for both the North and the South during the war. After the civil war, the more clever method was used to take over the United States. Agents like Paul Warburg, Jacob Schiff, Bernard Baruch were then sent to the United States to effect the next phase of the takeover.By the end of the 19th. England, through the Bank of England, ruled most of the world. Jacob Schiff, president of Khun Loeb Bank in New York was appointed by B'nai B'rith (A secret Jewish Masonic Order meaning "Bothers of the Convenent") to be the Revolutionary Leader of the Revolution in Russia. A cartel, made up of the Carnegies, Morgans , Rockefellers, and Chases would contribute to the manifestation of communism. On January 13, 1917, Leon Trotsky arrived in the United States and received a U.S. Passport. He was frequently seen entering the palatial residence of Jacob Schiff.Jacob Schiff, and his supporters, financed the training of Trotsky's Rebel Band, comprised mainly of Jews from New York's East Side, on Rockefeller's Standard oil Company property in New Jersey. When sufficiently trained in the techniques of guerrilla warfare and terror, Trotsky's rebel band departed with twenty million dollars worth of gold, also provided by Jacob Schiff, on the ship S.S. Kristianiafjord bound for Russia to wage the Bolshevik revolution.After the Bolshevik Revolution and the wholesale murder of the entire Russian royal family, Standard Oil of New Jersey brought 50% of the huge Caucasus oil field even though the property had theoretically been nationalized. In 1927, Standard Oil of New York built a refinery in Russia. Then Standard Oil concluded a deal to market Soviet Oil in Europe and floated a loan of $75 million to the Bolsheviks. Jacob Schiff and Paul Warburg at the Kuhn Loeb Bank started a campaign for a central bank in the United States. They then helped the Rothschild's to manipulate the financial Panic of 1907.Then, the panic of 1907 was used as an argument for having a central bank to prevent such occurrences. Paul Warburg told the Banking and Currency Committee: 'Let us have a national clearing house'."The Federal Reserve Act was the brainchild of Baron Alfred Rothschild of London. The final version of the Act was decided on at a secret meeting at Jekyll Island Georgia, owned by J.P. Morgan. Present at the meeting were; A. Piatt Andrew, Assistant secretary of the Treasury, Senator Nelson Aldrich, Frank Vanderlip, President of Kuhn Loeb and Co., Henry Davidson, Senior Partner of J.P. Obama extends the Patriot Act!

Key US lawmakers passed legislation Thursday extending three key provisions of the PATRIOT Act, the sweeping intelligence bill enacted after the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Backing a White House request, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed the measure 11 votes to 8 to extend until 2013 three clauses that would have expired by 31 December. The bill now heads to the full Senate for a vote.
The provisions include the "roving wiretap" clause, used to monitor mobile communications of individuals using multiple telephone lines, and the "lone-wolf" provision, which enables spying on individuals suspected of terrorist activity but with no obvious connection to extremist groups.
Lawmakers also extended the life of controversial section 215, known as the "library records provision" that allows government agencies to access individual's library history.
The committee had earlier met in a closed-door meeting with members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the intelligence community on ensuring their actions would not impede investigations already underway.

The senators also debated freeing up law enforcement actions that have been hampered by legislation and court rulings since the first program was launched by former president George W. Bush in the wake of 9/11, which enabled collecting sensitive information for years without a court order.
Republicans senators have remained critical of placing restrictions on the intelligence community, saying they should more of a free hand in the early stages of investigations.
But their Democratic counterparts have decried the fact that the provisions still do not in their view adequately respect the privacy of ordinary Americans.
Democratic Senator Russ Feingold said he feared handing a "blank check" to law enforcement agencies and criticized the Democrat-controlled committee for not passing safeguards that even Republicans supported during the Bush administration.
"Among the most significant problems is the failure to include an improved standard for Section 215 orders, even though a Republican controlled Judiciary Committee unanimously supported including the same standard in 2005," he said in a media advisory.
"But what was most upsetting was the apparent willingness of too many members to defer completely to behind the scenes complaints from the FBI and the Justice Department, even though the administration has yet to take a public position on any of the improvements that I and other senators have proposed. ... [While] I am left scratching my head trying to understand how a committee controlled by a wide Democratic margin could support the bill it approved today, I will continue to work with my colleagues to try to make improvements to this bill."
Michael Macleod-Ball, acting director of the American Civil Liberties Union's Washington legislative office said the rights group was "disappointed" that further moves were not made to protect civil liberties.
"This truly was a missed opportunity for the Senate Judiciary Committee to right the wrongs of the PATRIOT Act," he said.
"We urge the Senate to adopt amendments on the floor that will bring this bill in line with the Constitution."
